So which is the best: CD-Rs/DVD-Rs that are created by 'burning' or discs that have a glass master made and then 'stamped'? ...read answer

Its only recently that its been possible to say that there really isn't any difference in quality. The main difference is how cost effective the two methods are. To have up to say, five hundred copies of a disc produced is fine for burning. But for any more than that, it becomes more cost affective to have it glass mastered'.
